Not a navigation tool

Nautbot is for information and entertainment only. It is not a navigation aid and must not be used for navigation, passage planning, or any decision affecting safety of life or property. Tides and weather are predictions, vessel data is from a public feed with limited coverage, and charts are shown for reference only. Always rely on official, up-to-date charts and proper marine navigation equipment.

"As is", no warranty

Nautbot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyral Software is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, Nautbot or its data.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app or its backend services — including attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access.

Intellectual property

The Nautbot name, app, and original content are owned by Gyral Software. Third-party data is owned by its respective providers and used under their licenses (see the in-app Data Sources screen).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
